A Quiet Ride And No True-ble At All

All True treadmil models, whether for home gym or sports training, feature heavy-gauge, welded steel frames and what True calls the S.O.F.T. System (Shock absorbing, Orthopedically correct, Foot-plant, Transfer system), elsewhere known as deck cushioning, with a proprietary belt and deck system.

The True 450 Classic is also equipped with HRC (heart rate control) and includes a wireless chest strap.

HRC models monitor heart rate and control speed and incline in response to your readings.

The 450 handles a pretty heavy user weight of 400 pounds on an average deck of 18 x 52 inches with a 3.0HP motor, enough to reach speeds of 10 MPH on a 15% incline.

The treadmill has nine pre-set programs with Hill Interval, Speed Interval, and Weight Loss and can be programmed with two customizable programs and time-based heart rate workouts using HRC.

Readouts include distance, grade, time, speed, pace, calories, and heart rate. Oddly, handrails are optional.

Warranties on the True 450 are lifetime on the frame, 5-years on all parts, and 1-year on labor.
